Returns Policy.

Papr Supplies is not currently accepting orders through this site, so there are no purchases eligible for return from the current storefront state.

Eligible items generally must be returned within the period stated at checkout, in the condition required for that product, with included parts, documentation, and packaging where reasonably required. Product-specific rules control where they are more detailed.

Where lawful and disclosed before purchase, exclusions may apply to customized goods, opened consumables, hygiene-sensitive products, digital products, gift cards, final-sale items, damaged-by-misuse products, or items that cannot be resold for safety or regulatory reasons. Statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Contact the support method in the order confirmation before sending an item back. An unapproved return may be delayed, refused where lawful, or sent to the wrong facility. The return instructions will identify the address, required documentation, and any authorization number.

The party responsible for return shipping and any label charge will be identified in the applicable order terms. Papr Tools will cover return shipping where required by law or where confirmed for a Papr Tools error, defective item, or damaged shipment. Use trackable shipping for valuable items and keep proof of acceptance.

Returned items may be inspected to confirm identity, condition, completeness, and eligibility. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method unless law requires or permits another method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside Papr Tools' control.

Report an item that arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the order promptly. Keep the item, packaging, shipping label, photographs, and order confirmation until support provides instructions. Available remedies may include replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy required by law.

Exchange availability will depend on inventory and the item-specific terms. A replacement is not reserved until confirmed. In some situations, the fastest available process may be a return and a separate purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a warranty, cooling-off right, refund right, or other remedy that applicable law does not permit Papr Tools to waive. More favorable order-specific terms remain enforceable.
