Shipping Policy.

Papr Supplies is not currently accepting orders through this site. No shipping charge, delivery promise, or order can be created from the current unavailable storefront state.

When ordering becomes available, estimated processing time begins after payment authorization and any required fraud, inventory, address, or compliance review. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays unless checkout states otherwise.

Available methods, carriers, service levels, shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds, geographic restrictions, and item-specific limitations will be displayed before purchase. Options vary by product, destination, inventory, and provider availability.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reviewing it before purchase. Contact support promptly if an address is wrong. A change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins, and additional carrier or reshipment charges may apply where lawful.

Delivery dates and transit windows are estimates unless checkout expressly states a legally binding guarantee. Weather, carrier capacity, customs, address problems, security screening, service interruptions, and events outside reasonable control can delay delivery.

Tracking details will be provided when supported by the selected carrier. A carrier’s delivery scan may be evidence of delivery but does not eliminate rights available under applicable law. Customers should inspect the delivery location, household, building staff, and carrier notices before reporting a missing package.

Report missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect shipments promptly through the method identified in the order confirmation. Keep packaging, labels, photographs, tracking information, and the order confirmation while the matter is reviewed. Carrier claims and legally required remedies may have deadlines.

If international shipping is offered, checkout will identify supported destinations and available charges. The recipient may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, customs compliance, and import restrictions unless checkout says otherwise. Papr Tools will not mark an order as a gift or misstate value.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Order-specific checkout terms control where they provide additional or more specific protections.
